Saturday 10 June
The Loving Earth Project is a community textile project. The afternoon will be spent learning about the project and getting started on a 30 X 30cm textile panel. All who come along are encouraged to create a textile piece to respond to our environment. There will be some time to think about your design and how you might get started. We hope to exhibit the completed panels in September 2023.
Local activist Sue Hampton will be interviewed during the afternoon and refreshments will be provided. All ages and abilities welcome!

2:00 pm - 5:00 pmHigh Street Baptist Church, High Street, Tring, UK
Perhaps you are already part of a sewing or craft group or perhaps you just love to create things. Whatever your experience with textiles, your age or gender we hope you will come along on Saturday 10 June to find out more and get involved. There will be materials and resources, but feel free to bring your own too. We know that it will take more than an afternoon to complete your panel, so will be encouraging you to continue your panel in a small group – your regular sewing group or form a new group for this project. We would like to exhibit the panels and reflections throughout Tring in September (the Season of Creation).
