Dance Free in Nature - Silent Disco for families

An uplifting evening dance moving freely in nature to music using silent disco headsets. A warm and welcoming space to dance like no-one is watching!

1 hour music journey for adults and children to uplift, energise and have fun together outdoors.

Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊

All ages and abilities welcome. No experience necessary.

Wear comfy clothes/shoes, and bring water.

We’ll start with a stretch and short warm up. 🙌
