A summer foraging walk in the urban wilds, learning about the many edible and medicinal plants that grow all around us. This introductory course will equip you with the basics in plant identification, wild culinary skills, and responsible harvesting, to embark on your own foraging journey. Includes wild drink, snacks and tasters.
