Gardening for Climate Change: Scotney Castle's Sub-tropical Garden Project

Sheltering within the ruined walls of the old castle, Scotney’s new sub-tropical garden is an experimental project that has been developed to help mitigate against climate change. In this ‘walk and talk’ session you’ll meet the garden who designed it and, in an informal Q&A session, you’ll learn why we are experimenting in this way, what plants to grow if you want to experiment with sub-tropical planting, and how to adapt your own garden to keep it blooming, whatever the weather.

This free event is part of Scotney’s Great Big Green Week Festival and is included with your admission (free for NT members) but, as places are limited, you should reserve your place using the link below to avoid disappointment. Once you have reserved your place, please book your car parking.
