Green Sundays is eco market with a crafty twist! It’s all about showcasing local businesses, charities and community groups who are making strides for sustainability, encouraging us all to make small changes towards more sustainable living. It’s all about local action: global impact.
Each Green Sundays offers a host of FREE creative workshops, talks and crafty upcycling fun to inspire, educate and most importantly motivate us all to be more creative in our approach to sustainability.
Free talk: The Business Case for Sustainability
11am at Sudbury Arts Centre, CO10 2EA as part of Green Sundays 2024 on Sunday 19 May, Sunday 16 June, Sunday 15 September and Sunday 20 October.

Meet the speakers:
Alicja Holland – IEMA Practitioner, MAAT.
Richard Carter – IEMA Fellow, CIMA.
This talk will provide a short introduction to environmental sustainability and why it’s so much more than just recycling your yoghurt pot or buying an electric car.
Having seen that it’s a broad and complicated topic, we’ll highlight some of the techniques that individuals and businesses can use to reduce their impact and start to make a difference.
We will introduce the courses available for those wanting to develop their knowledge and improve their business performance.
Runtime is approx. 40 minutes.
