Friday 14 June

Introduction to People’s Assemblies

10.30 – 1pm, Royal Shakespeare Theatre.

Want to make people-powered change?

Ever run an event that has been dominated by a single voice?

Do you get frustrated at not reaching a joint decision?

Join this interactive workshop with artist and facilitator, Lisa Franklin, and learn how a people’s assembly’s democratic approach can enable you to affect change in your community.

People’s assemblies create a space in which each participant is respected and listened to without judgement. In this interactive workshop, discover the three pillars of people’s assemblies and feel empowered to run your own events in the future.

Free, booking required.
