Mushroom boom! Visit our sustainable, circular, urban food growing hub

Join us for a drop-in tour at R-Urban, a community reuse/recycling hub where our mushroom farm is located. You’ll hear about how we set up the farm and get an overview of the mushroom growing process. You’ll also:

  • find out about an exciting planned closed-loop installation later this year, when we will turn food waste into biogas and biofertiliser;
  • see community composting and food growing in action;
  • be able to buy dried/fresh oyster mushrooms and mushroom growing kits to try at home or give to friends/family (40% profits from the kits go to Palestinian aid).
