More about Count on Nature Week

Wivelsfield Church COUNT ON NATURE – a national ‘citizen science’ event from Saturday 8th June to Sunday 16th June 2024. Data will be collated on the biological records hub of the National Biodiversity Network.

Information leaflets and recording sheets will be available in church for individuals and families who want to discover the wildlife in our local churchyard. By recording the species you find, you can help to expand the nationwide database of wildlife in the UK. Results will be combined with others on the Beautiful Burial Ground portal within the National Biodiversity Network.
