Thwaites Gala

The annual Thwaites Gala is an event for all the community. With a £5 entry fee you have access to traditional games such as a coconut shy, football target competition, bouncy castles, and entertainments such as a brass band and dancing. There is also a ‘Green matters’ area with stalls put on by local conservation and environment groups, a puppet theatre and a workshop to make art from waste.
