Saturday 8 June
If you’re aged 16-35, come join us for a Youth Climate Cafe as part of The Great Big Green Week, bringing together minds passionate about climate action!
Take part in outdoor workshops, speak to campaigners from Greenpeace, and enjoy the natural green surroundings at Centre of the Earth – a tranquil oasis just a few miles from the city centre. A campfire conversation will provide a space to share and connect, building your sense of collective resilience in the face of eco-anxiety. The event will end with a guided meditation, grounding you in your natural surroundings and closing the space with a sense of wellbeing.
This event aims to hold space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings around the climate crisis, as well as channelling it into action while connecting with the environment and your local community in a meaningful way.
