St Davids Peninsula Great Big Green Week 2024

For the 4th year in a row St Davids Peninsula Great Big Green Week will be taking place as part of this special UK-wide week of events and activities.  EcoDewi will be working with other local organisations, clubs and businesses to organise an exciting programme of events across the entire peninsula, running from Saturday 8 June through to Sunday 16 June.

The Great Big Pembrokeshire Clean Up will be back on Saturday 8th June and we’ll be trying to smash last year’s record of beach clean and litter picks taking place across the county.

On Sunday 9 June, St Davids Cathedral will be hosting another Big Green Service.

The week will be full of events and activities.

And then we’re really excited that the annual St Davids City Open Gardens Weekend will be finishing off the week on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 June.  We love this local open gardens event as it focuses and promotes wild gardens rather than perfectly manicured gardens!

As if that’s not enough, during that last weekend we’ll be holding our Green Market at locations throughout St Davids City with environmental groups, NGOs and local sustainable businesses having stalls.
